Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo
Edinburgh Castle
The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo is an awe-inspiring performance of music, colour and spectacle from home and abroad, set against the incomparable backcloth of Edinburgh Castle. Featuring massed pipes and drums, military bands, display teams and dancers from the four corners of the earth - and of course the poignant notes of the Lone Piper high on the Castle ramparts.
MatchPoint's official hospitality options at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo won the 2008 Scottish Event Award for Best Corporate Hospitality.
In 2012, the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo will pay tribute to HM Queen Elizabeth's Diamond Jubilee together with the year of Creative Scotland, a celebration to mark 60 years of the Queen's reign and Scottish creativity and culture, in the round.
